FAST MOVING CONSUMER GOODS
Supplyco procures major FMCG items through CCIS (Centrally
Consolidated Indenting System) and CLC (Centrally Listed Companies).
All major companies which deals with retailing of packed consumer
goods are included so that the consumer gets goods at competitive rates
ie, at a rate less than MRP( 5% to 30% less on MRP).
48 companies are included in CCIS (Centrally Consolidated Indenting
System) and 28 companies are Centrally Listed Companies (CLC).
Companies having high brand image and remarkable sales in Kerala
markets are included in CLC and the FMCG division maintains the
software for the 37 Centrally Listed Companies(CLC) by uploading the
pricelist after verification and incorporating the changes if any, related
to products/SKU’s regularly. For CLC companies, the purchase order will
be issued from the depots and the payments are also effected at the
depots.
The pricing strucure of non maveli items (Circular No.07/15 ) ensures 5-
30% discount on MRP to customers.

FMCG division ensures best quality for the commodities provided to the
customers and the commodities supplied should be in conformity with
the existing rules and regulations of FSSA. Stringent actions such as
imposing penalties and banning products are taken in case of quality
deviations.
For the CCIS companies, the indents collected from outlets are
consolidated at the depot level and entered in the CCIS software which
is opened by the FMCG Division. Based on the online indents from
depots, Purchase Orders are issued to companies after verifying the rates
/price lists submitted by the companies included in CCIS purchase after
pre-audit by the Internal Audit Wing.
The depots raise GRS(Goods Receipt Sheet) in Depot Management
Software(DMS) for the goods delivered against the purchase orders
issued which are pooled at the Head Office through Central Payment
Software.
After verification of the duly signed invoices and the supply statement
submitted by the CCIS companies with the corresponding PO’s and
online GRS of depots , payments are processed and the same was
forwarded to pre-audit manually and through online and after getting
their approval forwarding them to finance section for releasing the
payment.

e-tenders are conducted and agreements are entered with the contractors for
manufacture and distribution of the same.

As per the Government scheme Supplyco converts Wheat under PDS scheme to
Supplyco atta through various contract mills. The mills are selected through e-tender
